Ask about your data, or have it removed
If your business contact details are in this product's base, you may ask for a copy, have them erased, or object to being contacted. You do not need an account, and it costs nothing.
What happens next
- We confirm it is you. We write to the address from our support mailbox, so nobody can erase or read somebody else's record.
- We carry it out. Erasure blanks your name, title and address in the base, in customers' selections and in composed letters.
- You stay off. A keyed hash of your address stays on a do-not-contact list, so the same record is not imported again. The list cannot be read back into addresses.
The answer to this form is the same whether or not we hold anything about the address.
