Outbound for business developers

Reach the right companies. Write at the pace your domain can take.

A base of companies you query by niche and country, e-mail sequences sent from your own mailbox at a daily limit computed for it, and a pipeline that shows what it all brought in. You never buy a list: you write, and whoever answers becomes your contact.

How it works

Three moves from a niche to a conversation

You say whom you sell to. The product finds them, writes to them from your mailbox no faster than is safe, and keeps score.

Choose a niche and the roles

Fintech or private aviation, founders or heads of sales, a country, a company size. On the site or in the Telegram bot.

Fill a campaign from the base

You see how many match before you spend anything. Contacts are set aside for your campaign and stay sealed: you see the company and the role, the address opens when they answer.

Source and licence on every record

Write sequences at a safe pace

Each mailbox gets its own daily limit from the age of its domain, its warm-up and what bounced. Replies land in your pipeline.

Whom to reach

Your niche. Your roles.

Job titles as the sources write them are sorted into seniority and department by plain rules, so “Head of Partnerships”, “VP Sales” and “Руководитель отдела продаж” land where you expect.

Deliverability

The limit is computed, not typed

Nobody sets “50 a day” by hand. For every mailbox the number comes from the provider's own ceiling, the age of the domain, how long the mailbox has been sending, and what came back. When bounces rise, the limit falls by itself.

Pipeline

See what the outreach brought in

A reply becomes a deal with a stage and a value. The dashboard adds up what is open and what was won this month — in the currency of each deal, never mixed.

Replies

Every answer files itself

What comes back is read by plain rules, not guessed. An out-of-office is not a reply, a “no” is not a lead, and a “stop” is final - each has its own consequence for the sequence, the pipeline and the do-not-contact list.

  1. Sounds good - please send me the pricing. Interested The contact opens, a deal appears in the pipeline, the sequence stops.
  2. Happy to talk. Tuesday at 15:00? Wants to talk The deal goes straight to the “Meeting” column.
  3. I am out of the office until 20 October. Automatic reply Nothing is recorded. The next letter waits for the first working morning after the return.
  4. Not this quarter - try me next year. Not now The sequence ends and a closed deal keeps the note. The contact stays sealed.
  5. Please remove me from your list. Asked to stop The address goes onto the do-not-contact list at once.
  6. 550 5.1.1 The address does not exist. The address does not exist The address is closed, and the bounce counts against the daily limit of the mailbox.

Built to be answerable

Lawful data, careful sending, your workspace only

Sources with a licence

A record enters the base only from a source whose terms allow the reuse. Each one carries its source, the date and the legal basis.

An honest letter

Every letter ends with who is writing and from where, where the address came from, and a one-click unsubscribe. You cannot remove it.

Do not contact means never

Unsubscribes, complaints and erasure requests are kept as keyed hashes and checked again at the moment of sending.

Isolation in the database

Workspaces are separated by row-level security in Postgres, not by a filter somebody could forget.

Two factors to sign in

A password and a one-time code from the product's own Telegram bot. Ten backup codes for the day Telegram is out of reach.

No lists to leak

Contacts of the base never leave it in a file, on a page or through the API. Only the lists you uploaded yourself can be exported.

Pricing

Questions

Before you start

Does it send real e-mail?

Not in this release. A campaign composes every letter, counts it against the mailbox's limit and keeps it for you to read — a dry run. Nothing is delivered to anybody.

Where do the contacts come from?

From official company registers and other public sources whose licence allows the reuse, listed on the Data sources page with their terms, and from lists you upload yourself. The base holds companies' own addresses, not private mailboxes, and an address is never guessed from a name.

Can I see the whole base?

No, and nobody can download it. You see how many companies match your segment and a masked sample, then set aside as many as your plan allows for a campaign. The address of a contact opens when that contact answers you.

Why Telegram for signing in?

A second factor without waiting for an e-mail: the bot sends a six-digit code that works for five minutes and only in the browser that asked for it.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. The workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan: you keep your contacts and your pipeline, you cannot add new ones or run campaigns.

I am in your base and do not want to be

Use the “Your data rights” form in the footer. Your record is blanked everywhere and your address goes onto a list nobody can be shown or written to through the product.

Pick a niche. See who is there.

The trial gives you a segment, a first batch of contacts and one campaign to run dry.
